Introducing PowerConvert

Migrate SharePoint Workflows to Power Automate with Agility, Ease, and Security

SharePoint 2010 and 2013 workflows have been deprecated – how does this impact you? If you’re still running SharePoint 2010 or 2013, all your workflows were retired in August 2020 and removed from your existing tenant in November 2020 (Sharepoint 2013 will be supported by Microsoft until 2026). Don’t worry – you can migrate them to Microsoft Power Automate using our new accelerator, PowerConvert.
Manually migrating workflows from SharePoint 2010 or 2013 to Power Automate would be costly, time consuming, and potentially fraught with risk. That’s why HCLTech developed PowerConvert, an accelerator and service that automates the migration process. Simply put, PowerConvert mitigates migration risk.

Workflow Optimization
STEP 03
Customer Success Report
We run Microsoft’s SharePoint Modernization Scanner on your online tenancy to identify all out-of-the-box, custom, and legacy workflows, as well as the associated site/library. This scanner tool then scores each workflow’s ability to upgrade and how well it will transition to Power Automate. It also flags workflows that are likely to be “exceptions,” i.e., not likely to successfully convert to Power Automate. Using all this information, we collectively rank and prioritize the workflows with a focus based on minimizing disruption to your business.
Each workflow is categorized and mapped to show its corresponding flow in Power Automate. And with the push of a button, PowerConvert begins converting! You control the process, selecting individual workflows or batches of workflows for conversion. In the previous step, the Modernization Scanner flagged potential exceptions, which helped in prioritizing. In this step, PowerConvert identifies and highlights the actual exceptions, enabling us to focus on calibration and optimization where necessary.
PowerConvert produces a migration status report that documents each new Power Automate flow, as well as an overall migration success rate that summarizes estimated time saved by automation. The report also includes the list of exceptions from Step 2 – those workflows requiring further attention. This allows us to streamline your processes and help your business operate from a fully supported and future proof position.
