Kyle: Hi. My name is Kyle. I work at PowerObjects as an inside sales rep, and today we're going to talk about using AssureSign within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

AssureSign is an electronic signature platform that is well-integrated with Dynamics 365. PowerObjects actually implemented AssureSign within our platform and it's made by day to day much easier. I'm able to send contracts out to clients anywhere in the world. I send out a contract to a client by triggering a workflow within CRM, but then AssureSign takes over, has that contract go into the client's inbox, and I can actually track in CRM each stage that they're going through in the signing process.

For more information on AssureSign, let me bring in my colleague, Liz. She's actually the person that setup AssureSign for PowerObjects.

Liz: Hi, I'm Liz. I'm PowerObjects' CRM Administrator here. Let's talk about how I had setup AssureSign in our environment. The full process takes just three easy steps. Let's take a look at an example. As a sales person, here I am on the account record. I'm going to run this on-demand workflow to email the primary contact on the account. Next, the primary contact on the account will receive this email to open the document for signing. Finally, let's go ahead and sign this. Now that the document is signed, the completed agreement can be downloaded and saved by the customer. Likewise in CRM, AssureSign is automatically storing it to the account record.

The icing on the cake is that we can actually pull data from CRM and populate it into your document. Likewise, when the document is signed and completed, we can sync it back to CRM. Now let's get Kyle back in here.
