PowerObjects to Host PowerUp 2015—The CRM Event

PowerObjects, a leader in offering service, support, education and add-ons for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is proud to announce it will once again be hosting PowerUp! The CRM Event. This CRM educational conference will be held from November 10-11, 2015 at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis, MN and includes an optional Hands-On Training day on November 12 at PowerObjects headquarters.

“PowerUp is an education conference that is all about empowering CRM users of all skill levels,” says Gretchen Opferkew, Director of Education at PowerObjects. “The event is filled with great educational content with over 60 different breakout sessions to choose from.”

PowerUp will feature different tracks for attendees of all levels of CRM experience—from beginner to intermediate to advanced users. Breakout topics include meeting customer service metrics with CRM, how to report in CRM, CRM tips and tricks, new Excel and CRM capabilities, CRM with Microsoft Azure, agile development strategies, and many more. The optional PowerUp Hands-On Training day is available to a limited number of registrants and will include a full day of learning in the areas of new features in CRM 2015, PowerBI for business metrics, and Automagic: business rules, workflows, and JavaScript.

“We want conference attendees to be inspired by what they learn at PowerUp and to use CRM in ways they had not thought of before,” says Opferkew. “We want them to see the many exciting ways CRM can transform an organization or business in any industry.”

Conference attendees will also be able to participate in half-day deep dive sessions. The topics include customer care technologies, CRM and mobile development, marketing technologies, and enterprise implementations.

Early bird registration only runs through June 30 so those interested are encouraged to register now. “If you currently use Microsoft Dynamics CRM or are considering using it as your relationship management solution and want to learn more, PowerUp is the event to attend,” Opferkew says.
