PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies Company is seeking a Training Enablement Lead to join their award winning and growing team. This individual will collaborate with the Sales Team and other team members to determine the best solutions and timelines for potential and existing clients. This role will be responsible for providing guidance across multiple projects, ensuring the use of PowerObjects’ standards and best practices. The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, be able to multitask, be meticulously organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain University Technology Stack
  • Maintain Shopify by creating new products (events) and discounts
  • Maintain CM Commerce
  • Maintain Accredible software platform by creating badges and sending badges to event attendee upon course completion

  • Maintain/Promote Event Schedule
  • Maintain event page on PowerObjects website
  • Schedule and maintain public University schedule
  • Work with marketing to promote public University
  • Maintain and update course detailed agendas
  • Build/Maintain/Communicate policies around University Trainings

  • University Selling
  • Manage customer facing inbox, phone calls, and webforms
  • Build promotional material to aid in selling
  • Join customer facing calls to promote and or solution University based on customer’s needs
  • Assist the Sales Team in estimating the cost of University offerings in estimating spreadsheets
  • Assist Delivery team with scoping University offerings as needed
  • Schedule private University training
  • Manage hand off between customer and trainer for private trainings

  • Update/Manage CRM Data
  • Maintain EDR for University all engagements
  • Create events
  • Manage both internal and external registration
  • Follow up with trainers and accounting to ensure private trainings are invoiced at proper time

  • Analysis
  • Track and analyze university performance
  • Maintain surveys
