HCL Technologies' Microsoft Business Applications Practice ("MBAP" formerly, PowerObjects) is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our award-winning and growing Marketing team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for everything relating to PowerObjects marketing assets, as well as play a critical role in our website strategy. Candidates should feel comfortable collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders from multiple departments and third parties to develop compelling marketing collateral including playbooks, battlecards, whitepapers, ebooks, videos, and more.

Essential Functions

  • Strategy:
  • HCL and Microsoft Alignment: Understand HCL and Microsoft vertical and horizontal marketing strategies to develop and shape positioning, messaging, and branding for HCL-PowerObjects
  • Work with the Marketing Program Managers, Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy teams, and Microsoft and HCL stakeholders to determine positioning, messaging, and branding as it aligns with GTM objectives and plans
  • Develop an understanding of target audience, target personas, and the target market, and sit in an advisory role for developing content and messaging for industry and horizontal focuses of HCL-PowerObjects
  • Program Management:
  • Develop content strategy to coincide with marketing plans and execute against assigned budget, keep track of roles and responsibilities, and monitor deadlines to ensure plans are executed in the designated timeline
  • Develop sales enablement assets, such as buyer personas and product and industry playbooks, and conduct competitive analysis and market research
  • Create appropriate datasheets, overview presentations, white papers, solution stories, web content and needle-moving enablement tools and campaign assets
  • Work with the marketing operations team to ensure availability of resources to meet deadlines and set expectations with the business leaders on when marketing milestones will be completed
  • Work with the customer success team to create assets that assist in the sales cycle and generate more customer references
  • Provide ongoing communication and collaboration with geo sales organization and GTMs on marketing activities/plans, as well as monitor alignment with sales pipeline and goals
  • Analytics:
  • Work with the marketing data analyst to measure the effectiveness of strategies and tactics through website analytics, leads generated, and customer experience scores

Desired Skills

  • High-tech B2B marketing experience
  • Strong project management skills, including managing workflows and deliverables across a matrix organization
  • Experience with marketing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Business Applications a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
