PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies Company is seeking a PowerSuccess Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join their award winning and growing team. The primary role of the PowerSuccess Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Consultant is to be an outsourced “D365 Champion” to companies implementing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The PowerSuccess D365 CRM Consultant manages approximately 400 users (potentially 20-30 clients) at once—getting into each client’s business, understanding their goals and how to make them successful using Dynamics 365 CRM.

Essential Functions

  • Lead and facilitate the Envision sessions with the clients
  • Document and prioritize the list of initiatives in the Rank session
  • Advise customers on best practices for Dynamics 365 CRM processes
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CRM to model the client’s processes using the out-of-the-box configuration toolset including: o Customizing entities, fields, forms, and views; o Dashboards; o Report Wizard Reports; o Workflows and Dialogs
  • Write specifications for customizations that would be completed via fixed fee by other members of the team
  • Review work that is completed as part of the Render deliverable
  • Have regular meetings and communications with each client to ensure you are proactively seeking opportunities to improve their business processes
  • Conduct system administrator and end-user training
  • Answer ad-hoc questions
  • Participate in weekly team meetings by actively listening to issues and contributing ideas
  • Distribute information on the latest D365-related and technology news to the team members
  • Write blogs on the latest features and discoveries

Required Skills and Experience

  • Exhibit PowerObjects’ Guiding Principles
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and/or a similar CRM technology
  • Ability to maintain up-to-date understanding of business processes, issues, and technology especially related to the operation of a sales, marketing, and customer service departments within an organization
  • Experience with conducting business analysis sessions to gather requirements from clients
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of relational databases, including hands-on experience with database design and UI design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent time management skills required
