PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies Company is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Architect (Pre-Sales) to join our award-winning and growing team. This individual will collaborate with Technical Sales Professionals, Business Development Directors and provide leadership and technical expertise to clients on overall system implementation and integration, maintainability and stability, and security for complex and enterprise customers. The candidate must be able to provide innovative and effective solutions that meet our clients' business needs, always be striving for improvement, and most importantly be a lover of technology and all things Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Essential Functions

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (and/or F&O) subject matter expertise through extensive project delivery experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM - this includes CRM system design, customization, installation, deployment, architecture, and more
  • Power Platform competency to add value to client needs
  • Work as an architect on multiple opportunities at any given time
  • Ability to understand, communicate, interpret business processes and requirements
  • Prepare business process discovery documents
  • Prepare solution demonstration plans
  • Configure and present solution demonstrations
  • Experience across multiple projects in the areas of integrations, migrations, reports, portals, custom development, customizations, plug-ins, upgrades, etc.
  • Answer functional and technical questions regarding complex deployments, methods used, best practices, and development capabilities from customer business and IT staff
  • Develop project estimates and proposals and responses to RFPs
  • Participate in the transition to the delivery team
  • Assist in developing sales team tools and training
  • Participate in Proofs of Concept
  • Actively participate in any sales/skills development or training opportunities or programs offered
  • Read, understand, and follow any policies and procedures specific to the sales team as well as the general policies and procedures of PowerObjects
  • Other duties and requirements as needed or assigned

Desired Skills

  • Experience implementing multiple complex CRM related solutions, including but not limited to portals, master data management, integrations, web services, and Business Intelligence
  • Knowledge of FetchXML,SQL (as a query language), C#/ASP.NET
  • Previous Pre-Sales experience
  • Working experience (as it relates to CRM implementations) with ERP applications such as Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 F&O, Oracle, Sage, and SAP
