PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies Company is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Change Management Learning Consultant to join their award winning and growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide consulting on change management, communication, and training within the context of an ERP implementation. This role will also execute on development of training materials and training client trainers or end-users. This Dynamics 365 Learning Consultant supports the Education pillar and reports into the Adoption & Sustainment team

Essential Functions

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of common processes, issues, and technology related to Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management with a focus on supply chain, manufacturing and/or production processes
  • Maintain expertise of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application
  • Consult clients on user adoption best practices, change management, communication, and training planning
  • Create training strategy and plans
  • Learn client systems through communications with our consulting team, interviewing clients, reading documentation, and hands-on exploration
  • Work in tight collaboration with our consulting team to provide estimates for training efforts, as well as project status, and resource plans
  • Create training materials for client projects which may include:
  • -- Instructor PowerPoint decks with instructor notes
  • -- Classroom labs
  • -- Instructor guides including demonstration scripts
  • -- Quick reference guides or eBooks in Word document format
  • -- Scripts for videos and/or creation of videos
  • -- Interactive learning tutorials using eLearning development systems
  • -- Knowledge checks
  • Train client trainers or end-users utilizing the materials we have created
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and modify plans as needed
  • Assist with presales estimating for training on projects
  • Participate in other functions of the Adoption & Sustainment Team

  • Technical aptitude – knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM (Dynamics 365 F&O, AX 2012 etc.) or ability to learn
  • Experience with large scale deployments of ERP solutions, preferably Dynamics 365 and/or past versions (AX etc.) with a focus on Supply Chain Management and/or manufacturing processes

  • Travel up to 75%
  • Achieve Identified Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (within 6 months of employment)
