PowerObjects is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management trainer to join their award winning and growing team in EMEA! This individual will work closely with Talent Team, EMEA leadership and hiring/reporting managers on diverse training needs in PowerObjects EMEA as well as perform the delivery of Dynamics 365 Consultant in Training programs. The candidate must be extremely detail oriented, have the ability to multitask, be meticulously organised, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

  • Deliver core Finance, accounting and consulting best practices training for new joiners enrolled in PowerObjects’ Consultant in Training programme
  • Assist the CIT Programme Manager in coordination of new Consultant in Training programmes or continuing education needs in the region
  • Develop new curriculum and course offerings for both internal and external audiences
  • Develop how-to videos or blogs as needed (generally around new product releases)
  • Delivery customer facing Dynamics 365 F&SCM out of the box training
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of common processes, issues, and technology related to operation of Dynamics 365 F&SCM
  • Maintain expertise of the Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM application through ongoing consumption of blogs and online resources—especially as new versions are released
  • Maintain the Dynamics 365 University F&SCM curriculum, which may include development of new labs/training exercises, updating materials based on new versions, addition of instructor notes, or improving the classroom content for better learner experience
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and actively listening to issues and contributing ideas
  • Distribute information on the latest ERP-related and technology news to the team members

Key Measurements of Performance

  • Onboarding & Continuing Education
  • Work with PMO, HR, IT and Talent Acquisition to facilitate onboarding activities around PowerObjects ways of working for new joiners in EMEA
  • Collaborate with other SME to determine educational strategies around Dynamics 365 F&SCM modules
  • Administer onboarding training regarding PowerObjects Ways of Working and best practices for new joiners
  • Enthusiastically promote PowerObjects’ vision, culture, and guiding principles

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience training on Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 F&SCM modules and accounting basics
  • Previous curriculum development experience
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Flexibility to handle fast paced changes and ambiguity in work processes  
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills  
  • Professional yet enthusiastic demeanor
  • Ability to problem solve creatively and think ‘outside the box’ in an extremely dynamic environment 
  • Solid Office 365 skills (Microsoft Teams/SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively across all organizational levels and across geos 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
