APAC - Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant - Singapore

About the Position

PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies Company is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our award-winning, global team. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant is an important member of the functional workstream. The Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant must be comfortable facilitating/running customer-facing functional workshops, have a good level of knowledge on the out-of-the-box features and functionality, and be a champion of delivering against requirements using code-free solutions. They will stay up to date on the latest functionality offered by the platform and work with team members both in a project and practice context. The functional consultant will also be keen to improve upon their Dynamics 365 skills and maintain a high level of understanding of new features released within the Dynamics 365 space.

Essential Functions

Exhibit the PowerObjects Guiding Principles
Work with the Education Team to deliver super-user and end-user training, as needed
Help customers define and document processes when there are no processes in place
Implement related customizations and reports to model the client’s organizational processes as directed by the Functional CE Senior Consultant based on the system architecture
Provide input and maintenance of functional and solution design/specification documents
Facilitate functional workshops with customers, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions
Provide client support at the appropriate time of the overall implementation cycle
Develop and maintain test scripts
Deliver internal sessions on best practices and new functionality, as well as features
Advise customers on best practices for CRM processes and user interface components

Required Skills and Experience

Hands-on professional experience within a consultancy environment
At least 2 end-to-end full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365
Sound knowledge of at least 3 of the following modules: Sales, Service, Marketing, Social Engagement, USD, PSA, Field Service, and MS Portals
Microsoft Dynamics CE Certifications strongly desired
Understanding of SharePoint integration with Dynamics 365 CE
Exposure to Azure DevOps or other similar enterprise planning and delivery tools
Advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio
Ability to work on Agile/Waterfall project delivery
Ability and a good level of knowledge with project tools such as Azure DevOps (TFS, VSTS), and MS Project
Exposure to Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, CDM and PowerBI
Ability to work with functional teams with both onshore and offshore resources
Ability to demonstrate a clear approach to methodology as well as functional capabilities
Excellent client facing skills, e.g., verbal, client demonstrations, deliver training within an organization
Ability to balance short-term demands while maintaining the long-term vision needed to guide a customer through the implementation process
Ability to work with junior team members both in a project and practice context
Expected to be flexible with time and capable of working in a process-oriented environment
Be comfortable participating and contributing in pre-sales engagements
