It's a 3-2 count, bottom of the ninth...bases loaded… World Series on the line. You step in the box. What pitch is coming? Is it the heater over the outside corner that you just missed the pitch before? Is it the wipe-out slider or maybe the devastating curve? As a player, you must instantaneously analyze every scouting report and all previous experience to succeed. Easier said than done! Good thing as a business professional you have Microsoft to predict the outcome for you!
Microsoft has taken another jump forward with predictive analytics and machine learning with Customer Insights. Customer Insights provides a holistic 360-degree view of the customer, giving organizations the ability to predict lead qualification, account retention, and preemptively identify account churn. This is accomplished using data science techniques to automatically identify signals that are the most predictive and those that may impair accurate predictions.
Predictors include campaign interaction, website visits, content searches, social interactions, transactional behavior, lead qualified vs. leads converted, number of cases open, customer complaints, case escalation, buyer journey, and survey satisfaction – to name a few. Through a proprietary algorithm, these behaviors and factors are analyzed and scored. Once the analysis is complete, detailed dashboards broadcast results in a variety of graphs, charts, and accurate percentages.
This powerful information can then be fed back into the CRM where it can be leveraged by sales, customer service, and marketing. These data points can be interconnected with an out-of-the-box integration or custom integration into a variety of Microsoft apps and platforms including Dynamics 365.
The ability to transfer vast amounts of data into actionable intelligence just got a little less complex. Connect all organizational data and provide employees with a comprehensive look at their customers.
