In this course, you will get a jump start to your project implementation with a deep dive of the setup, configuration, and management of projects, resources, expenses, and much more through lecture, hands-on-labs, and real-world scenarios. By leveraging PSA, your organization will be able to estimate, quote, and contract work. You will also be able to efficiently plan and assign resources, enable team collaboration, and capture time, expense, and progress data for real-time insights and accurate invoicing.
