In this blog, we show you how to create a Responsive Editable Grid in Canvas App as quick as possible with the Horizontal container and Vertical container.
If you've ever wondered if there was a tool out there that could help you track the usage of your Dynamics CRM users, your wait is over! PowerObjects has developed a log utility tool that can help with tracking user adoption.
The log utility, dubbed PowerLog, provides summaries of user activities via dashboards. You can track the usage volume as well as what records are used and touched. The log utility also gives you an idea on what actions are being performed within these records. It lets you know if users are actually creating and tracking activities, and even what kind of searches they have been doing by using advanced finds. (Please note that this tool will only work in an on-premise or a partner-hosted CRM system.)
There are four dashboards that come with the log utility tool.
PowerLog – Usage Logging and Analytics Dashboard
Below is a screenshot of the Usage Logging and Analytics dashboard:
The dashboard displays CRM usage logging and analytics, displayed by the following charts:
PowerLog CRM Usage – Last 7 Days /This Month/Yesterday Dashboard
These dashboards display the CRM usage for the time frame displayed on the dashboard name—the last 7 days, this month, or yesterday. These usage analytics are displayed by the following charts:
Usage by entity Shows the count of all actions performed within the various entities.
Usage Index by User: Shows the count of actions performed within CRM by the users
Usage by Activity: Shows the count of types of actions performed within CRM: Open, Download, Create, Navigate, and Report
Usage of Trend: Shows the count of times users log into CRM
Of course, if there are other dashboards that you would like to create, you can certainly do so by using Advanced finds for PowerLogs, as shown below:
Finally, the log utility comes with a PowerLog security role that you can assign only to users that you would like to have access to the information provided by this tool.
User adoption is a key ingredient to a successful CRM implementation. The log utility will help you track user adoption analytics and move you forward on that journey. To learn more about the PowerLog utility by PowerObjects, visit our website.
