Profile

Scott has held various Sales, Credit, and Process Management roles in his 20 years in the small business banking field. Most recently, Scott has worked as a Lending Manager in a production environment and worked closely with the platform used by the financial institution where he worked to help improve the sales tracking, underwriting, and ongoing customer service modules of the platform. This was one central repository that housed all customer data for the financial institution. It was used by everyone from front line bankers to underwriters and documentation preparation, booking and ongoing client management. Scott's background lies with the user experience of the Microsoft CRM and how it will help business with workflows, standard procedures, and reporting in the sales, marketing, and servicing sides of businesses.
