Raul was born in La Paz, Bolivia and is married to Altantsatsal. They have two lovely children: Sonia, who is 17, and Raul Jr. who is 9. Raul has a degree in Engineering with a specialization in software development from the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava, and has also earned a master's degree in Computer Science from Maharishi University of Management (Fairfield-Iowa). Raul joined PowerObjects on December 11, 2002.
