Dean has been developing distributed system for the last 15 years. He's passionate about developing Microsoft Dynamic CRM/XRM applications that solve a variety of business problems.

Dean studied business in school with a degree in Marketing and Economics. Most people don't know Dean overcame a learning disability to get to where he is today.

While he loves building systems he also enjoys sharing ideas with others via PowerObjects Blog. He's excited by what the PowerObjects team is doing with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and wants to share the ideas with the rest of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM community. Jim Sheehan COO PowerObjectsJim Sheehan - COO

Jim has been a principal with PowerObjects since 2001. His role within the company is that of an integrator with all three functional areas reporting to him. He works on the direction and focus of the company and assists in the marketing and sales efforts.

Jim studied business and finance at the University of St. Thomas and graduated with a degree in finance. Most people don’t know that Jim is a recovering alcoholic and has been clean and sober since 1987. He resides in St Paul with his wife Mary and three daughters.

Jim has worked over the last few years to turn the direction of PowerObjects from an IT consulting firm into a company with a laser focus on CRM that works daily to solve business problems. The reason he loves CRM is that it not only gives him a 360 degree view of the customers, but with the integration within PowerObjects he has a 360 degree view into all the areas of the company: sales, delivery, and operations.

Alex Fagundes CIO PowerObjectsAlex Fagundes - CIO

Microsoft Technologies, CRM, Exchange, and Security.

Alex started programming when he was 10 years old on a Commodore 64, and then on an Amiga 500. After graduating from Iowa State with a degree in Computer Science, Alex started working for General Mills. While at General Mills for 10 years, Alex had many different roles: Visual Basic and Power Builder developer, MS Server/Exchange technologies group, Web hosting and E-apps group, and two years as the global IS Security Architect. Alex joined PowerObjects full-time as the CIO in July 2006. His primary roles are to develop a top-notch Microsoft CRM and Exchange practice in addition to consulting in various areas such as CRM, network analysis, and security.

Helping customers realize the benefits of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.

Steve is the most recent addition to PowerObjects, having joined the team in January 2008. Steve has been involved with Microsoft Dynamics CRM from the launch of the 1.0 version, and after a brief stint with well-respected software publisher SAP, is glad to be back working with the latest and greatest - Microsoft Dynamics CRM V4.0. Prior to becoming involved in helping customers benefit from their investments in CRM, Steve helped build and lead long-time accounting and business software publisher Red Wing Software.

Sales Team

Patrick Schoenecker - Account ExecutivePatrick Schoenecker - Account Executive

Patrick joined PowerObjects in February 2006. He began his career at Leroy Corporation in New York as a Test Engineer and later as a Sr. Field Service Engineer. Patrick eventually moved into sales and consulting roles at several telecom companies. With PowerObjects, Patrick's primary role is sales and support for our Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers.

Jesse Geiken - Account ExecutiveJesse Geiken - Account Executive

Jesse joined PowerObjects in 2008. He grew up in Iowa and attained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Northern Iowa in 1998. He brings a wide variety of knowledge in areas ranging from engineering, design software, manufacturing, and a deep knowledge of real estate finance. Jesse has been in a variety of sales and consulting roles for the past 10 years and understands the role that technology can play in driving the sales and marketing process. As a Microsoft Certified Account Executive, Jesse is ready to help you create the right vision for CRM within your organization.

Aaron ButlerAaron Butler - Director of Business Development, South Central Region

Aaron is a result oriented IT Executive and has spent the majority of his 15 year career focused on helping organizations utilize technology to help them become efficient and effective. His experience ranges from implementation, project management, business process re-engineering to sales management. Aaron is dedicated to helping customers select the right solutions and services that best meet their business needs, allowing them to achieve new levels of success. He grew up in Oklahoma, received a BBA in Accounting from Northeastern State University and currently resides in Plano, TX. He is the Director of Business Development, South Central Region, for PowerObjects.
